Just a little about me.
Hi guys! Thanks so much for checking out my site. Make sure you check back often, I am constantly adding things and changing things up.

I grew up in rural Wisconsin, a child of the trees, and thought about a singing career before being drawn in by the mystique of archaeology. I went to school pursuing that field and came out with a bachelors and a masters before it became clear the universe had other plans for me.
I've lived long term in North Carolina and Utah, and I've spent summers in the UP of Michigan, Washington, D.C., and Kauai, Hawaii. Over the years, the road has called, and I have taken numerous road trips, often solo. Driving Hwy 101 from Crescent City, CA to Astoria, OR. Weekends in the Outer Banks. A 24-hour layover in the French Quarter of New Orleans, just to name a few.

These days I call Tennessee home. I spend my days wrangling paperwork for a construction company and my nights exploring the stories in my head. I'm still always up for a good adventure to refill my creative batteries. And I still take to the trees or the open road when I need to get grounded. Some things never change.
